Charlie Langley Interior Designs recognises the responsibility that we have towards minimising any adverse effects that our business has on the environment. We actively support and encourage all our clients, suppliers and trades people to help us in our endeavours as we believe that elegant, sumptuous and flavourful interiors can be achieved through careful planning, quality control and efficient use of new materials.

Creating new from old

We make every effort to reuse, restore, re-fashion, repair or recondition existing furnishings before we consider replacing old with new. Not only does this save our clients unnecessary expense but it also promotes the efficient use of resources at all times.

Managing our waste

We do our utmost to constantly review and improve our waste management procedures and promote the recycling of surplus materials. We ensure that any waste that cannot be reused on site is sorted and distributed correctly at local recycling centres. We operate a paperless office system, recycling any suitable wastage on a weekly basis.

Ethical and sustainable sourcing

We are constantly making significant efforts to source and promote products and materials for our designs that minimise our impact on the environment in terms of both production and distribution. Wherever possible, we aim to source products that come from ethical and sustainable sources.
